Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally. We tell stories through our products and celebrate the folks who passionately craft them. It is part of our mission to share these tales around the world, bringing together people with different cultural backgrounds.

What shipping options are available?

All orders are shipped with FedEx Express and arrive within one to three days depending on your location. We provide a tracking number once your package has shipped. 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

We are based in Morocco and our products ship directly from this country. Local duty taxes may apply on international shipments, according to local policies. Folks & Tales can’t be held responsible, as we do not have any control over these taxes and cannot neither anticipate nor prevent them.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return a product up to 15 days after it has been delivered, if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can read more about our return policy in our Returns & Exchanges page.

Can I exchange my product after I receive it?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, you need to reorder on the website after you return the original product. You can read more about our exchange policy in our Returns & Exchanges page.

We travel through different cities and remote villages to meet with folks mastering ancestral craftsmanship techniques. Our main criteria are exceptional quality and passion. We develop human-centered ethical partnerships where we work together creatively on every single piece.
